You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information tied to it on any InternetHounds site (SushiHounds, SliceHounds, WingHounds, ArtHounds, CampHounds, TailHounds, TruthHounds, CareHounds and the Philadelphia Cheesesteak Museum). This applies whether you made the account with an email and password or by signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple.
How to ask
- Send an email to info@ followed by the domain of the site you used, for example [email protected] or [email protected].
- Write “Delete my account” in the subject, and include your username and the email address on the account (for a Facebook, Google or Apple sign-in, the email that provider shares with us).
- We will confirm by email when your account and personal information have been deleted.
What gets deleted
Your account record (username, email address and sign-in link to Google, Facebook or Apple) and the profile data stored with it. Reviews you wrote may be removed or made anonymous so that venue ratings stay accurate.
If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple
You can also remove our app from your own provider account at any time. That stops it from signing you in again, but it does not by itself delete the account on our site, so please email us as described above if you want the account deleted.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove InternetHounds.
- Google: your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps → remove InternetHounds.
- Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → select the app → Stop using Apple ID.
